Poor customer service despite 3 years with them. I had a chipped front tooth in 2015 which was treated by the Stafford Dental Practice(SDP). I started going to Regency House shortly after as it is closer to work. My tooth chipped again (after stupidly holding a mobile phone with a cracked glass screen in my mouth- some 2 years after SDP treated it). As a customer of Regency House I went there to have it treated and unfortunately it only lasted a week (crumbling when eating a piece of chicken). I rang up Regency House explaining this but they couldnt fit me in for an urgent appointment without paying extra so I returned to SDP. Again SDPs treatment has been great and has lasted 6 months to date, with no problems. Today after my routine check up with Mrs Ram I advised her of this, purely with the intention of letting her know, since it is her practice. Instead of perhaps apologising for this experience and advising why it may have happened, she abruptly told me I need to chose which dentist I go to, raised her voice at me and spoke to me like a child. Im 26 years old and do not expect to be spoken to like that. It was completely unwarranted and unprofessional. I might have understood her defensive response if I was complaining and kicking up a fuss, but this was not the case. I will not be returning to this dentist. Thank you Mrs Ram for making my choice between Regency House and Stafford Dental Practice much easier. Jason Greenwood, the practice owner at SDP has never been rude and only treats his customers with respect and a smile, regardless of their age.
