Staff always very polite and helpful. Easy to park, especially with awkward parcels. Theyve even helped me to parcel packages correctly when Ive wandered in totally not prepared. As well as all things post related, they sell all the essentials and more. We are lucky to have this shop nearby.
Useful Village shop where the daily essentials can be bought. Prices higher than a supermarket (except possibly the CO-OP) but perfectly acceptable when you take into account not having to travel to Stone or Eccleshall. Staff always pleasant and will reserve your daily papers.
Shop owner Diane is amazing, always there to help out. Amazing customer service and always have our handy daily essentials that we all need.
The service is always excellent in the PO and shop. The staff are very efficient and have always given great advice on postage. I would recommend this PO to anyone.
The proprietor is, as other people on here have pointed out, quite rude and probably needs a customer service skills refresher course! Have visited twice in the last week due to Stone Post Office being shut. Poor service both times, most unhelpful, opened late today and still made me wait. For Stone residents wanting helpful friendly service, much better off going to the Milwich branch!
