When we decided the time was right for us to move we met with many reputable estate agents but the professionalism, knowledge, guidance and support offered by Catrina at James Du Pavey outweighed them all. We were delighted with the service offered from quote to completion. They handled what can be a very stressful time with ease and made the move a pleasant experience. From the outset I was met with an extreemly helpful and welcoming staff who made sure they were fully informed with my property details and plans for moving on. The attention to detail was second to none to ensure my property details and photos displayed on the website and brochure showed the house to its full potential. There was always a clear line of communication between staff at the office and myslef and I was extreemly pleased that after just a few viewings a buyer was found. The staff at James Du Pavey held my hand and supported me all the way until the sale was secured. I don't plan on moving for some time but if I did I would definately use James Du Pavey again, having dealt with them as a buyer and a seller their friendly, yet profesisonal approach, is essential to ease such a life effecting process as moving house.
