Very impressed with refurbishment and additional areas now provided..staff in reception and restaurant all very helpful and friendly. Was not impressed at all with massage , we booked a package deal and I feel like we were given a very mediocre service maybe due to that. More faffing around putting oils on wrists and feet and warm flannels than actual massage. Just when I thought it was about to start properly.. It ended! Will not be booking any treatments on further visits.
Went for my husband's birthday spa break. Beautiful location friendly staff & great food . Had a hot stone massage was amazing felt so relaxed thank you so much to the lady sorry can't remember your name. Will definitely be returning again in the summer.Regards Monica x
Brilliant place to relax and unwind. I stayed overnight with my mom, facilities were brilliant, staff were very friendly and helpful too! The room was clean and comfortable - I didn't want to leave!
Lovely day with friends. Delicious food in the restaurant. Everything was clean and in good working order, only disappointment was the indoor pool - too cold. Thoroughly enjoyed the new studio, yoga class excellent.
Upon checking in with Sabrina the staff were amazing... we have had the the most amazing overnight spa break made even more special by a complimentary room upgrade to the bridal suite by the manageress! The staff were accommodating, personable & went the extra mile in every area of our stay! We didnt wish to have a restaurant booking in the evening & so Martin set up a lovely area in the deli for us to eat dinner in our dressing gowns. The lady in the deli who served us throughout the day & evening was so attentive. Thank you Moddershall Oaks for such a great experience & we shall be back soon!
