If you are thinking of using this firm for Insurance Litigation my advise from experience is to stay far away from them. We agreed to an hourly rate, as soon as litigation took on full earnest they increased their fees by well over 10-15%, when protested they said it is on their terms and conditions that they are allowed to increase their rates, leaving us with no choice but to accept the higher rate as finding alternative team at that point was too costly. when ever asked for reference they said its confidential they cant give out clients names, they were completely off mark in advising the risk figures. Just stay away and think twice before instructing them. You can get the same results with a lawyer charging 200 per hour, the bulk of their fees goes to pay their high end rents and nice stationary, the judge never looks at either of them. Good Luck
