I have been using this company for 25 yeas and they have always delivered as promised and handled everything in the most proffesional way. Had my initial appointment today after booking with the solicitors secretary last week. I was greeted by my appointed solicitor who told me off for being late (I wasn't, I am not in the habit of being late for appointments) I pointed out politely that the appointment had been booked at the time I had arrived, he then told me again that it hadn't and I was late. To which he then added "well, we can fall out about it or get on with it" I have never ever been spoken to like this by a service provider, especially a service provider who is supposed to give help to those in a vulnerable position, not reprimand them as soon as they walk through the door in such a manner that is distressing. Needless to say, I didn't carry on with my appointment as this solicitor made me feel extremely uncomfortable, I left quickly.
