Dirty room, missing duvet, condom wrappers on floor! Rude staff, breakfast selection was rubbish and not actually a breakfast as such but a food & drink voucher but no change is given so best not to bother

Stopped last minute due to traffic jam. Arrived at reception told I had no booking. Eventually advised that I did. Walls thin could hear everythi g from next door. Room looked nice but further inspection. Dirt behind sofa. Dust behind bathroom door. Very cold room. Very thin quilt. No one on reception avoid
Staff very pleasant, easy check in and out process, plenty of tea, coffee and milk and if you require more just ask at reception. Bathrooms could do with updating and shower gel needs to be checked that there is actually something in it before guests arrive. Would recommend as a quick easy place to stay when travelling to break up your journey
Arrived at 11.15pm on 27.8.18 friendly receptionist got us all checked in quickly room was made up for 2 adults and 2 children lovely. Bathroom with bath and shower great. Very quite place considering near the m6.
