We checked in the gentleman whom was at reception very welcoming. Sorry cant remember his name he has strawberry blonde hair. Thank you ! The young lady in the thyme restaurant was so helpful we chatted in the evening on our arrival, the following morning she welcomed us to breakfast. While my husband and I were selecting bacon I like mine a little more cooked on the verge of crispy! She overheard me and offered to get me some from the kitchen, she went above and beyond (Adele) is her name .... I think, I just have a shocking memory and Adam the manager. I feel this hotel used to be good and could use a bit of a spruce up, it feels a little used now, it is good but I don't know if I would go back again. Food didn't feel to vegetarian friendly with breakfast. It is a good place to stay and I feel I am being very harsh but it could be better from such a big company.
Used the meeting room facilities during the day for approx 40 people. Plenty of room in meeting room. Lunch was provided which was ample for the guests. Stayed at the hotel over night and the only issue I had was the aircon ducting was whirring throughout night. All the staff were pleasant during stay and all very helpful
